We offer a Store Credit in the form of a return which can also be used to purchase a new item(s) as an exchange. We do not offer refunds of any kind, Store Credit only. RESTOCK/RETURN FEE:

Additionally, there is a $6 return/restock fee for all returned items which will cover the cost of shipping back to Shop Alora Eden so you do not have to buy postage at the Post Office. The $6 will be automatically deducted from your total refund.
